It offers a direct, real-time chat client through the Perfex dashboard, allowing staff to engage with clients in a more personalized and efficient manner.
New WhatsApp messages received are automatically added to Leads section of Perfex CRM, allowing you to convert them to Clients aswell.
The module leverages the official Cloud API of WhatsApp, enabling staff to send messages, images, attachments, videos, and voice messages to clients. It also includes status updates and integrates with Perfex CRM’s SMS notification system.
