I’m Luca, an italian web-developer, specialized in WordPress, PHP and jQuery stuffs. LCweb is my web agency.

Support

Support is given UNIQUELY through LCweb support platform. Normally you get an answer in less than 15 hours. On weekend it may take a little more.

Before request support

• Read carefully item documentation and check if there are FAQs. Lots of requests comes from customers not following or reading them.
• Be sure you’re running latest plugin/script version and clean your site/browser’s cache.
• Try making more than one test. Often virtual servers can cause problems.

Requesting support

• Be descriptive and precise, but concise. Sending related links and/or files helps a lot to qiuckly solve issues.
• Keep in mind that support doesn’t mean modification (or customization). However if you need a very small work (around 5/10 mins) I will be glad to help you
